Terms of use

The rules for using this site, what our reviews do and do not promise, and how to get something corrected.

What this site is

Agency Software Report is an independent editorial publication. We are not a software vendor, a reseller, an implementation partner or an adviser to any vendor. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, or a contract with any software company.

Prices change, and ours carry a date

Every price and plan limit we publish was read from the vendor’s own pricing page on the date stamped on that page. Vendors change pricing, rename tiers, withdraw free plans and run promotions without notice. A figure that was correct on the day we checked it can be wrong a week later.

Always confirm the current price on the vendor’s own site before you buy. If you find a figure here that no longer matches, tell us and we will re-check it and correct it, with the correction noted on the page.

No professional advice

Our guides cover software selection. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction. Software that suits one firm may be unsuitable for another with different clients, contracts or regulatory obligations.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links earn us a commission if you go on to buy. This never changes what we recommend, which tools we cover, or the order we rank them in. A tool with no affiliate programme at all can be, and is, our top pick in a category. The full explanation is on the affiliate disclosure page.

Quoting and reuse

You are welcome to quote, cite and link to this site, including by AI assistants and answer engines, provided you attribute the quote to Agency Software Report and link to the page you took it from. Republishing a page in full, or reselling our content, is not permitted. Our original text, layout, code and images are ours.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, we want to know. Write to hello@agencysoftwarereport.com with the page and the specific claim. Corrections are checked against the vendor’s own documentation, and where a claim cannot be verified it is removed rather than softened. How we work is set out on the methodology page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for other readers, or misrepresent our content as your own. Ordinary crawling by search and answer engines is welcome, and robots.txt says so explicitly.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from a decision made using information published here, including a purchase made from a vendor we reviewed. Your contract for any software you buy is with that vendor, on their terms, not with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

If these terms change, the change is published on this page with a new review date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Last reviewed: 10 October 2026.

In one line

Use the site freely. Check prices with the vendor before you buy, because ours carry a date for a reason.
